While we fell in love with the palm trees, we quickly noticed something vital was missing from our new home. The local supermarkets and cafes lacked the authentic, crusty baguettes and delicate croissants he grew up with. Driven by nostalgia and entrepreneurial spirit, we decided to bridge the culinary gap between our two worlds. We envisioned a traditional French boulangerie right in the heart of his sunny, adopted Floridian neighborhood. However, we knew that replicating true French texture and flavor required more than just standard local ingredients. The secret to the perfect crumb and golden crust lay entirely in the quality and composition of the flour used. Unwilling to compromise our high standards, we established an exclusive supply chain to import premium French flour. This specialty flour, milled from select wheat varieties, gave our dough the exact elasticity and aroma we needed.
